Costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
Why do we do this and not offer free returns like the big players?
As a small family-run company, we want to prevent customers from ordering up to 10 different items and then returning 9 of them after two weeks because it doesn't cost anything. We could have sold these items elsewhere in the meantime. As we don't have large quantities of the goods in stock, this costs us valuable revenue. Since we no longer offer free returns, this problem, which is a big problem for us, has suddenly improved. In return, we offer free shipping within Germany and we only charge a flat rate of €4.95 to the other European countries we deliver to.
